Can I book several services together?
Yes. Choose a package and suitable extras, or select multiple individual services in the same cart. Services already included in a package are not charged twice.
Which package should I choose?
Q-Tip Detail covers the exterior wash and an interior refresh. Complete Makeover adds shampooing and deeper interior care. If you are unsure, describe your vehicle’s condition in the request.
Will every stain or scratch disappear?
Cleaning can improve the appearance of dirt and buildup, but permanent staining, material wear and paint damage may remain. Describe any concerns so your detailer can set realistic expectations.
How long does detailing take?
Vehicle size, condition and the services selected affect the time needed. Your detailer will confirm the appointment length; allow extra drying time when shampooing is involved.
Can you detail an RV or camping trailer?
Exterior wash and wax requests are available by estimate. Include the vehicle’s length, type, condition and access details.
When do I pay?
No payment is required to send a request. The final price is confirmed before service, and payment is made after the detailing session using the payment terminal.
